McKenzie River Mountain Resort is a fantastic place year-round wedding venue.  Choose from outdoor and/or indoor settings for wedding ceremonies and receptions on our historic Ranger Station property.

Weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, dinners, entertainment and dancing, bachelor/bachelorette parties, honeymoons, and/or anniversary events can be held here.  Companion tours and activities can be planned and offered in the surrounding area!

Wedding sites, catering, equipment rental, lodging, and a host of recreational opportunities await your special event at McKenzie River Mountain Resort. A wedding can become celebration, reunion, and vacation for the couple, family members, and friends.

Rehearsal: Access to your space for a rehearsal is dependent upon availability. Standard room rental rates apply.

Guest Accommodations: Lodging is available for overnight guests, if space is available. Please contact our Event Coordinator for current overnight and meal prices.

Payment & Deposit Policies: A 25 percent deposit and a signed contract are due at time of booking to reserve venue. Until the deposit and a signed contract are received, the reservation is unsecured and may be booked by another party with deposit and contract. Two weeks before the wedding a guaranteed guest count and final payment are due. Valid credit card information must be provided, on which damages and/or fees incurred will be charged. An 18 percent gratuity service charge for catering and catering services will be added to the total wedding reception cost.

Catering: We provide catering for all events. Outside catering may be permitted,  We do not provide wedding cakes.  A minimum food order is required. Please contact our Event Coordinator for menu selections. Food is served buffet style in the Dining Hall.

Wedding Coordination: To ensure a flawless event, we recommend that you retain a professional, outside wedding coordinator to assist with wedding-day coordination.

Vendor Access: Please make sure all vendors check in with staff for parking and access to facilities.

Alcohol Policy: No outside alcohol may be brought into any event areas. Silver Falls Lodge can provide beer and wine.  Bartending is available for $25/hour per bartender. Please contact the Event Coordinator for beverage options.

Tent Rentals: You may erect an outdoor tent, though because there is an underground sprinkler system, stakes may not be used to anchor the tent.  It must be held down with sandbags or weights.  We have a 10’ x 20’ tent available for rent.

Décor: You may decorate your ceremony and reception areas. Staples, tacks and nails may not be used, though painter’s tape and/or Command-style hooks are allowed. Staff support is not available to assist in setting up decorations.  All set-up and removal of decorations is the responsibility of the wedding party and must be completed within the rental window. Without exception, we do not allow the use of any open flame or incense during ceremonies.
